Thanks to both of you for your replys, they were insightful and very helpful. I am taking the job with this company starting next week. I have searched other venues and found that Policy writing is not taken very seriously. I think we may be able to help title companies across the nation get back into compliance with their underwriters and also help them to better service their clients. Thanks again.
