It is headed towards something - one great predictor of the last century predicts worse than the Great Depression - up to 90% loss in home values.  All I know is Dallas county foreclosed on 1,100 homes this past month.  Its been like that for quite awhile now.  And to make an additional note you all won't believe what the new indexing company is listing the foreclosure deeds under!
