Maybe this just evens up the playing field.  In Dallas county, they also rent out computers for a couple hundred dollars a month, which we would all like to do and not have to fight for machines or stand in line for copies.  But the computers and spots are always taken by title companies and we never have a chance to rent the space - you are from Stewart Title aren't you? 

Maybe there have been complaints that others want access.  I know in Dallas county, the price to rent the space and machines equaled the amount of free copies that were given with it so it basically cost nothing and you could install your own equipment there too - in your space.  We have long complained that we would like the opportunity to do so also.
