Thanks for the info. I really think the Capshare is the way to go, my concern was "what if I need it serviced, etc." but you seem to address that. I thought HP was coming out with a new model, but haven't heard anymore on it.  The Docu-Pen would be great, but like you said, you can't see the images unitl you upload them. I can see that being a problem!
