       I have to commend you on the limited liability clause you have-that eliminates almost all of the possible "big claim" situations. I sure do wish I could use that on my reports.I have read that some courts have upheld that same kind of clause with regard to liability, I think it was an article here on SOT . Then the next question that arises is do you still carry E&O or does this pretty much eliminate the need for that?
Thanks for your information about the great state of Vermont-I went to high school in Lyndonville  and loved it, but never knew how things worked up there, was way too young to be concerned about that kind of stuff back then. Having all those towns doing "their own thing" must create a nightmare as to how to do titles, kind of like going to Africa and finding out you only need to speak 74 languages to travel thru the country, and you only have 250± towns to deal with!!
