Glad to share my experiences. Just remember, don't spread yourself too thin or give in too much, otherwise it becomes the norm. Stick to your guns and do what's right for you and the ethics of the business. Your going to be asked to do some things that don't sound right eventually. You answer to yourself at the end of the day.
