Source of Title Forums: Re: What is a "Certificate of title"

Hi, Jeanne!

I've heard that term applied to motor vehicle titles, but never in the context of real estate titles, at least not in ennsylvania. Seems to me that a recorded deed would serve as a certificate of title" of sorts.

Could you share some examples of the kinds of questions involved?
