Wanda, thank you for sharing such magnificent news!  And Lisa, you made my day!  My sweet sister (Pam) is a dialysis nurse and sees the distress kidney patients endure.  Our father is one of her patients.

Every year on Pam's birthday, I conduct a donor card drive in her honor.  She has always said that nothing would make her happier than to be completely out of a job; that in a perfect world, kidney patients would be offered what they needed before dialysis became necessary.  Her birthday is next Monday and hearing of Jana's transplant will make her so happy. 

I urge everyone to please consider becoming an organ donor.
