NC's Public Records Redaction Act was available on December 1, 2005. You are required to list everything you want removed. So where is *that* form filed and who will demand, and no doubt, receive it, as a 'county record'?
Most citizens don't even know where the Registry is, much less how to find their own documents - book and page numbers - for removal. Yet the form states: "Requestor must specify exact location in the document where information is contained." It then goes on to list spaces for passwords, ss#, checking and savings accounts, PIN numbers, driver's licenses, and more.
