Many are out of money before the next paycheck.  They then borrow funds to "get them thru" to the next check, and get deeper in the hole.  No within the next 3 weeks, they may be able to get "caught up" with all of our money they are going to be sent as part of the 2.2 Trillion boondoggle.

You and your grand children will never get it paid back.  China will own U.S. completely if they ever call in our IOUs.
