What recorder wants to be the first to be sued for "letting in title people" and not a local taxpayer? Would be a slam dunk case of "where the *ell" does it say that in writing.
How much taxpayer money would they want to waste in trying to defend a class action case for denying the public and letting in a select group of non-government employees?
