Express you thanks to all the Clerks/Recorders that were spreading the crap to the public of how good the "new system" would be for the taxpayers.  They just wanted to do less work and get an increase to $ 35 recording fee in Michigan.  How the *ell can it cost $ 35 to record a one or two page document.  A real shaft for those taxpayers that elected them.  Throw their rears out in the next election to express how much property owners love the new system.
