HI Jeanne - my question is: Don't they have to stop recording ALL docs and hold the effective date like Hennepin is? I asked Anoka this question and got no response.

People who don't have access to efile will be penalized and could have docs recorded after  - even though they were sent in first? Can you explain this to me? I had a guy call and ask me to efile his mechanics lien because he couldn't walk it in. I don't have that capability but it made me think??
