To follow up on this, on a brighter note, I believe this is going to push us into digitizing more records.  I had a wonderful clerk send me three estates today and another clerk sent me four older deeds.  I had gone to the courthouse and they told me to ask for whatever I needed and they will send it to me to reduce traffic in the courthouse at this sensitive time.  These are wonderful people and it is beautiful to see everyone adapting and working to keep everyone safe.  There was no eye rolling, no get-it-yourself, just a sense of camaraderie and cheerfulness.  

Hopefully this pushes up into digital closings, more scanning and cataloging of old deed records and less archived records that we have to order and wait weeks for!!
