Several weeks ago, one of our abstractors took over another abstractor’s area due to emergency family leave. At this time a Boston National started sending orders by the dozens. Our abstractor did not check SOT for reviews, comments, etc and started filling the orders. When I saw they list of orders, I checked SOT and found that they were listed as non-payers and red flags were up. I was able to talk with the people at Boston National and told them of our concerns. They informed me of how they pay, and true to their word, they pay according to their timeline. I am happy to say that they were a risk worth taking.
