I had a customer ask me to drop my price to $25 for a CURRENT OWNER in one of our counties, because First American is advertising $35 Letter Reports.  I laughed and said that if I had someone in India searching for $2/hour, I could do it for $25.  $25???  That barely covers the mileage!
