First of all, who is this client because this sounds so familiar!

I had a client that wanted us to find a mortgage, gave us a date and an amount, whereby about 75% of the time the borrower did not live there or no longer lived there.

And, the amount was almost never the exact amount request!

They also asked that if the mortgage wasn't found to search 5 years before or after the requested date, how ridiculous is that?

The ironic thing about this is they wanted all this work done for $20 and 70%-80% of the time we never found the mortgage so we would have to fill out a "No Find" sheet.

It seizes to amaze me where my clients find THEIR clients sometimes because the demands that they make are simply impossible to meet.
