We have worked for nascoph but evidently not enough to get a memo. David and I are very reasonable people. If a company is genuinely having problems and ask us to to help them out of a temporary slump... we would. If we received a memo such as Wendy is describing... threatning and punishing in wording? Our answer would be no. Wendy thank you for telling us about this... I hope there are others out there willing to stand up to being insulted in this manner.
