Scott,

I really have to agree with you.

We all have one thing in common, the industry we work in.  I for one think that this is a great forum to exchange ideas, information and so forth. I don't care for the religion and politics, but we are all human and from many diverse backgrounds and sometimes feel comfortable enough to add in our personal feelings, etc. I really see that as healthy conversation!  Now, I could of really got into it on Kurts post about Al Gore!, but I choose not to go there, but we all had fun with it. BTW, Smitty's post was great! (Now that I've outed myself as a liberal!) We all need a place to vent from time to time, guess we just need to think how all will take it. For what it's worth, we just need to respect everyone's opinion's if we agree with them or not. That is were we can begin to help each other.  If folks want to leave the group, its unfortunate, but that's their problem.  I have worked with people from all different walks of life throughout my life, and have found that respecting each others opinions, beliefs, etc is the only way we can move forward in this short life!  I rarely have seen any personal attacks on this forum and when I do, I take them as I see them.  No can't we all just get along!!!

The way I see it is: we are fortunate to have a place like this on the WWW. Just a couple of years ago, this industry never had networking opportunities that SOT has given us.

Once again, just my 2 cents!

Yours

Robert B.
