Ah, I understand.  I thought when you refered to "company owners ON Source of Title", you meant "company owners OF Source of Title."  Glad we got that cleared up. 

As a general note, it is sad that so many abstractors (myself included) are so delusioned with the industry that many of us have become hostile.  I pitty the next person that calls me up and tries to get me to lower my prices.
