You all know me to be extremely professional. I am getting off of that for a second probably due to my name being posted everywhere in threads started by others and not even me. Here is my very unprofessional response to these very unprofessional posts. Yes, we do pat eachother on the back as we are pointing our industries (at least locally) in the direction of the good. We, our company teammates and vendors, evidently more than many regulars on SOT, actually care about our industry, our employees, our borrowers and want us ALL to be successful, including YOU!

Here is what you can do:

STFU, stop whining about your own industry hates, worries and problems and join us in advancing our industry and eliminating all of the animosity and stop giving it a bad name. Know this, if you truly cared about the industry, you would adapt to it's needs and do whatever it takes to get these good people closed;

Or

Mind your own business (Obviously you aren't literally as you seem to not be doing what is best for it)

Or

Leave the industry all together.
