When I began working for NASCo (when they moved into Florida), maybe 8 years ago, I charged 65.00 for a current owner; $85.00 for a Purchase Money Mtg and $125.00 for a full search ($250.00 for cell tower).  And they agreed to give me all of the State of Florida.  It worked well, although I got lies after lies after lies, until they sold to the Arizona outfit and they fired me the next week.
