I guess I do cry a lot Kevin - sorry, but it does get so frustrating.  I am down to my oldest 3 employees and it bothers me that they have placed their trust in me and I may have to let them down.  Fatco just had a State Managers meeting and they had even more dire predictions for the future.

You are right about the woodworking (picture framing, mostly); it is a great deal more satisfying to see something you have created at the end of the day other than a new pile of papers.  I will try to be more upbeat!
