I agree with David. It has saved us so much and in this enviroment of "I want it yesterday" it really has increase our turn time. In the cost I  gave forgot to mention email/fax. We use Call Wave and that runs $10 a month. It is terrific because you receive faxes via your email account. We can check on the road what has come in AND we never have to worry about the fax having been turned off or run out of paper.
