I worked at CMS for a little while (15 months or so), but yes they surely went out of business due to non-payment from their clients and many other reasons (solely speculation on my part). But the long and short is that the owner went in for Kidney Transplant surgery which I have no idea what happened, but Accudata and its' owner Arthur (Skip) Henning has a $550,000.00 judgment filed againt them at the Onondaga County Clerk's Office. The plaintiff in this is Old Republic. From what I hear Ticor is also in the process of filing a large judgment as well. Hope this helps.
