Thank you Jason.  I have been actively marketing since mid-January and it has been a little slow going.  (I was too busy up through December to even think about taking on new customers - then disaster struck.) 

I was VERY discouraged after reading all the POSTS Monday am.  It didn't stop me -- but it sure took the wind out of my sails.  Gloom and doom almost overtook me.
