Hi George, no! Not at all! If title as an industry didn't, none of us would have jobs as nobody would get anywhere. Overseas is key! Keeping jobs in America is important to many and Robert is correct, the cost differential when outsourcing overseas is tremendous. USA companies (who knows, some of them overseas are American or US has an interest in) can't compete with it as truly, the outsourcers know what they can charge if they are a poor nation or have a small cost of living. They know we can't compete. In addition to the nations knowing themselves how to become utilized, it is sickening to think about how US corporations exploit these foreign nations.
