It is true that word "outsourcing" has a very negative connotation to it.  However, all of us are in that business; at least the independent abstractors and signing agents.   Our clients use us because it is cheaper than hiring the staff necessary to do the work.  When you add the word "overseas" to "outsourcing"... that is where people become upset. 

There is a difference... we can compete against others in our own local market when it comes to outsourcing, but it is next to impossible to compete with the cheap labor overseas.  All of our operating costs are higher here... taxes, health care, utilities, cost of living, etc... 

In short, there is nothing wrong with outsourcing to American companies.  To some degree we all depend on it.
