I think that it would be unrealistic for a title company to list all of the sub-contractors on the hud that did the title work. For example, I did a closing Friday, Line 1101 says $450.00 for the Settlement or Closing fee to "X Title Company".  I did the closing for "X Title Company" and they paid me $125.  Line 1102 says $275 to "X Title Company"  for the Abstract or Title Search. My company did the title work for this title company and they only paid me $50. Who is right and who is wrong?
