Let me understand what you have then, you carry E&O for your notary signing service, but because you have these liability limitations as far as doing titles you have excluded almost every possible claim potential that might ever come up, so E&O is not required for that part of your business? Do you also limit the liability to the amount paid for the title search as Anne in Vt does? I would think you would encounter a lot of resistance to that kind of limitation by the clients you are doing the work for, but if you can work it out, great for you.
