I haven't the slightest idea what made NASCO believe that this would be a good solution to a problem that was created. I have never asked an abstractor to cut their fees...EVER in almost 10 years, that question has never been asked by me. I have asked for an explaination if a fee has been significantly higher that what I expect it to be, but I have paid the fees. I have never asked for my own benefit, but so that I can explain it to a client of have backup when the question was asked internally. Trust me when I tell you that the situation being discussed hear along with some other reasons are why I no longer work for Nationwide.
