I agree with you. I do not condone what they are trying to do at all. Like I said, this came from the very top...someone that is in the office about 5 weeks a year. He is not involved in the day to day operations of the company and usually makes these moves based on spreadsheets. I believe that had I not quit a month ago, I would have received my walking papers because I would have flat out refused to lower the fees I was paying out. Instead of demanding lower fees from the vendors, they should have gone back to some of the clients and raised those fees. Restructured those contracts. I did on many occasions when I was there. This is a customer service industry, no matter how you look at it, and this has become a great example of how NOT to do business.
