The whole cutting fees makes my head spin. I had a Realtors license which is now inactive.... I never cut my fees.
I have a mortgage brokers license, I don't cut my fees.
What is with the title insurance industry as a whole getting raked over the coals? I know on a few large deals I made well over 15k in fees. I'm talking mil. + deals. The title insurance agent made what seemed like pennies. I think the fee issue is being tacked on the wrong industry if you ask me.
