Hey, thanks for all of your comments. So far, here is the update...

A person by either a real name or fake alias, registered a sportsline.com Premium Fantasy baseball account to an actual Pittsburgh address which is 5 minutes from where I call home. Police (after a 7 hour wait for a returned call) are looking into the address and this person being one in the same. On the Allegheny County website, it is a valid address but has 3 individuals on title (don't mess with a title pro, lol) as owners. This person also placed $200.00 on sports betting websites. Now, if he were to win, he would have to have the money returned via some manner, so hopefully we find a PO Box or wire instructions somewhere as he wouldn't credit the money back to my account. (If he won, I'd call it even, lol). Now, yes, 3 banks in the area (PA, OH, WV, NY) have listed check card information as stolen, they are National City, PNC and Citizen's bank. Mine is First Commonwealth and we received no warning. I believe all banks have the 0 liability policy, or the Visa Check cards do, but I certainly could be wrong! Again, thanks for your kind comments! Just to be safe, call you banks!!! I'll keep you posted!
