Hey! Yes, I heard employees are taking cuts as well. Well, it seems many of you haven't worked with Nasco with high volume so it really would not be a fair assumption to say they don't reward. When things were good in the refi boom, we always rewarded our searchers and notaries with extra fees as well as higher volume, but of course, only for the good quality product. I am willing to pay higher for better work, most are. Once things start getting out of control at large companies, they aren't and that is sad. Also, software that each employee uses is roughly a $3000.00 investment per head with a maintenance fee per year. They have switched recently so this doesn't help their cost levels.
