John did not suggest boycotting the employees. He suggested boycotting the company! If we followed his advise, those employees might find themselves with a brighter future with another company that cares about its employees and doesn't hide behind them.

It seems to me the only lazy Americans I have seen in any of this are the executives and sales personell who are too lazy to build an organization whose product is based on quality rather than price.
