Man, you people need to put things in perspective before you bash and degrade employees of these companies. I did time there. Most of them are good people and are just as frustrated as you. It isn't their fault that they are put in the position where the owners and corporate officers make them do this. Do you think they enjoy making these calls? No, but they do it to keep their job. Not to mention, they are worried for their own jobs as cutting costs the way they are means jobs are being lost. 60 + a few weeks ago. For common sense purposes, you need to realize that a 3% cut if you are receiving work from them is better than receiving 0 work at all. If you don't pick up on that, I certainly fear for your businesses.
