It seems that they have a full time employee dedicated to calling abstractors and signing co's looking for price reductions. I received a call yesterday looking for a 3% drop in search fees and today a call for a drop of $30.00 in signing fees. I HELD FIRM AND WAS TOLD THAT MY COMPANY WOULD BE PUT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST.

I think it may be time to rally our fellow abstractors and boycott this piece of crap VM.!!
