I received the same faxes that you received, Lisa, and it upset me also because I hadn't missed any of their mortgages.

We have been "in the business" almost 20 years, and I pride myself in providing to my customers the best title work we can.  We may not do it in 2 hours or less, like some of the new, inexperienced "title" people supposedly can, but we sure try to do it right. 

From what I understand, some of them don't even run judgments or order judgment reports.  Just send it back saying nothing found.  But their clients don't know that--they just know that it only took them 2 hours to get it back!!

As usual, the bottom line is the cheapest and fastest.  But maybe not the most accurate!!
