Judy: That was what I was attempting to inform you of- the fact that some on line systems make it so we can do "full" searches- like the 4 counties I work in, all on line, and I can perform "full" searches I each of those counties. I believe you have to know the system to work it, and that is where the outsourced cases will more than likely have the most problems- those people just don't know the systems, even if they are smart, intelligent and eager to work 12 hrs a day, the hands-on experience will be necessary for a good search.In my opinion, just like Kevin says - there are some places he would not send a rookie, there are lots of places I would not send a rookie either.- I am of the opinion that the title companies that are doing this will regret this move for the years it will take to catch all the errors that will certainly accumulate . Just a bad move- but then, they know far more than I do!!
