Steve those "quirks" are exactly why I am asking the question. I am just baffled that any company would risk using someone sitting in India to do a full title in Iowa! I was born in Iowa but that sure as heck does not qualify me to do a title search there from California. I thought perhaps there was something I was missing here. I do appreciate you, Robert B. and Kevin for taking the time to answer my question.
