I started thinking about this after I was reading one of Burt Rush's "Claims Chronicle" articles on Electronic searching. I was thinking to myself, how ironic! After looking at First Indias' (FirstAm) website it doesn't appear that they actually do this. The services listed are back-office accounting, title order processing, data imaging, etc.
In Connecticut it is not possible to do a full search, let alone any search! In states such as Florida where county records are avaiable on-line you can. Last year I did a on-line search in Florida and was quite impressed, at the same time an aqcuintance of mine in FL did an hand search at the courthouse, the results were the same! So the intgrity seems as if it's there. Now that could be just one case of course. That isn't to say I support On-line release of public records though!!
