Hey Kevin and Ellen,
     I agree it is a novel approach and I do have some concerns about it.  It was mentioned that labor is capital and I agree it is, but right now, and correct me if I am wrong, that non-Naltea members are asking current members to do all the work prior to joining.  The members that are doing the work now are not getting paid anything, would they have additional shares for doing all the research prior to anyone else joining?  I agree with Ellen research would have to be done to see if this is possible, all I am asking is for those to come up with the ideas to help do the research.  There are only so many Naltea members right now and we each have our own business as well to run, but we only have so many hours in the day. 

    I am not being sarcastic, and forgive me if anyone takes it that way, but this is really a genuine question.
  
    Is it really that much to ask if you want Naltea to do something that you are asked to join and help work on it?
