Dave,

I don't know about TX but all law enforcement and government official information is not available in the property appraiser site. It is listed as restricted. Every now and then you can get a clerk to give you the information.......kinda makes you feel safe huh?....... However, their information is still available in the clerk information indexes. I know you and I differ on this subject, I do agree with you on certain points. Yeah, you know I would agree with you 100% if it happened to me.....that's the scary part. Just like people who oppose the death penalty........if someone in their family was murdered............their view point would change!!!
