Kurt: Here is a link to this lady's site- she single handedly shut down at least one county in Northern Virginia  (Loudoun Co) while they investigated her allegations and had the Board of Supervisors review the security that had been in place prior to her allegations-The Clerk of that county also noted that she did not have an account to access their site and had gotten the information she was alleging right from the courthouse.(this site was in a beta test version while she made these statements and was restricted to only a handful of companies while the site was verified)
