Thanks Robert- that was kind of what I was looking for, just didn't want to be paying a "BMW 760i" price!! I thought FoxPro (precursor to MSAccess) at about $300 was a bit on the steep side- and it cooked dinner if you wanted it to- just way too much for my title needs- and the new version of Alpha-V-7 will even serve dinner if you select that option!- but far better than FoxPro ever thought of being-I will have your solution at the top of the(price) list when it comes time to make a change from my measly $50 program I currently use- but then, it has a limit of 30,000 records, so I still have a few reserve years built into it since I have just gotten to the 10K mark now after 15+ yrs of using it.
