You are right Steve Landtech is an expensive program, but factor in the time you save from the automatic import of restrictions and easements. Instead of the usual lengthy time reviewing each and every word, you can cross reference and peruse the easements and restrictions instead. My brother in Florida literally has his own title plant and much of it is because he saw the foresight 15 years ago to start saving all the information from each exam he did.
