This fax, the problems with payment and the pressure to reduce fees posted below are all representative of the direction in which this occupation is headed. As long as the abstractors remain weak, isolated, divided and apathetic nothing is going to change. Until they form their own closed system of getting the abstract orders in the door and assigning them to their own  internal membership nothing is going to improve.
