I did not receive the fax nor do I have any knowledge of this company, my comment is towards the last part of the post in regards to " Where has all the RESPECT gone for experienced, qualified title searchers ".

I would like to play devils advocate for just a moment. For lack of a better phrase. Don't hate the player hate the game.

We live in a profit  driven country, made by our own captilist society. Now dont worry I am no socialist or commy, I am just trying to state the obvious. You as a person see how this affects you personally but a corporation looks at the bottom line only and what the profit margin is. 

I agree with the other post, of look at it then shred it, and as you are shredding it think of what there cost must be if they can only offer 5 dollars. If that is the best they can do there overhead will put them out of business or bankrupt.
