Thanks George- But isn't Landtech an awfully expensive solution  to a simple data base need? A few of the settlement companies I do work for use Landtech for their settlement software, also, doesn't it require an annual renewal of fees/agreements ? I have seen that after a while they have to purge their files in order to have enough memory-think it is about 2 yrs that they can keep on their systems.
I do appreciate your suggestion and will inquire about it's feasibility. I am also surprised that few of those on here appear not to have any way to or save any of their back title information other than a file folder! I guess there is a need for some good software to promote an easier way to save/store and access information we accumulate over the years we do this work.
